What ______ looks like. February Edition.

Maybe it is because things are so gray and blah this time of year?

Maybe because I am bored with myself and my near constant use of black and white when shooting personal work?

Maybe I just needed a little color in my life.:)

Well, this month’s amazing blog circle, (go check out the amazing Brenda’s work and follow the circle around for some eye candy) “What _____ looks like” I inserted color into the mix.

My February what “color” looks like. Enjoy!

Okay, ONE black and white…had to do it….it felt so wrong without one!

brenda - Kate….few photos leave me speechless as I’m a pretty chatty person but I have to say, I don’t think I have any words to express they way I feel about your photos when I saw them. These belong in a gallery for all to see and feel. They are such works of art and they way you see and use leading lines is unreal. You so need to do more color photos too because you do it incredibly well. I do feel a bit of a debbie downer having this post go to mine because I (like I normally do) was waiting until the last minute to shoot and edit so I feel unworthy. LOL!!

Lindsey B - kate I love the graphic quality to your work. But I love the first image. you really have such a great sense of composition and color. You always seem to say all you need to in one image…just bam…that sounded so silly . But your images do SCREAM to be looked at. love them all as always.
